Ujima is excited to announce that it has received a $1,000 Inclusive Opportunity Grant from Community Foundation of the Ozarks. The Inclusive Opportunity Grant funds Ujima's Community Engagement Project to attract new families to our family literacy nights, Study Buddies program, and summer camp. We would also be able to recruit volunteers and meet with potential donors.
Ujima was also awarded the CFO COVID-19 Response and Recovery Grant in the amount of $2,000 allowing Ujima to continue our Study Buddies program (virtual tutoring) for the Spring 2021 academic year after CARES Act funding expires.
